"The only certainty we have is that we will have bad weather, and this does not start at sea, but before and during the preparation. The storm has the power to show us where we are. We focus on who will execute the plan, because it does not always work.
When I put the boat out to sea, I have already completed 80% of the journey. The result of the execution is directly linked to the quality of the preparation. The world does not open its doors to those who do not carry within themselves the seed of innovation, flexibility and creativity. The quality of your life is linked to the quality of your imagination."
Beto Pandiani
BIG BETO
FROM NIGHT TO DAY. FROM DRINKS TO WATER. FROM SÃO PAULO TO THE PLANET.
Beto is a great guy. Not only because of his height and heart, but also because of the scale of everything he does. He has a very unique trajectory, full of unique experiences:
He was the one who changed the face of São Paulo's nightlife in the 80s, creating Aeroanta, Club B.A.S.E., Olívia, Lounge, Singapore Sling, Mr. Fish and many other clubs, so successful and with such distinct identities.
In addition to his nighttime activities, Beto competed in the Hobiecat 16 Class for 10 years, participating in more than 500 regattas. In 1989, he brought to Brazil an unprecedented title of North American Champion in HC 16.
In the 90s, fed-up of the nightlife, he escaped to the sea and became the greatest ocean-crossing sailor in the world, having traveled more than 40 thousand nautical miles, in around 900 days spent at sea, in non motorized boats, a bit bigger than himself, in 8 expeditions reported in inspiring books, full of beautiful photos.
Today, having lived through so many extreme experiences, Beto navigates between lectures for big brands and the sea, inspiring thousands of people and positively influencing the culture of countless brands.
Beto Pandiani has gathered precious teachings on discipline, creativity, organization, responsibility and posture, which he loves to share with people, inspiring them through his stories in books, lectures and meetings with friends.
